Not too long ago I visited "De Parade" it's a place were you can watch small theatershows in tents and eat good food.
It comes back every summer in four big cities. At the moment it's in Utrecht.
De Parade has a vintage-circus-feeling with a carousel for adults and a booth were you can bake your own poffertjes (they look like small pancakes). There is also a vintage candy stall and a 'silent disco'.
We watched 4 shows and had a great time, despite the thunder and rain.
