Tarte Tartin

My new oven produced a nice tarte tartin. Need to say: sometimes I'm a bit lazy when I cook. This is one of the many quick and simple things I love to make.

The pastry I used was foam/puff paste from my freezer. Mixed the slices of apple with sugar, couple drops of lemon juice and cinnamon. Buttered the griddle, placed the slices of apple on it, and covered the apple slices up with pastry. I baked it in 20 minutes (180 degrees C).
Flip it over... Et voila! Delicious and simple!
